1. Who we are
Output is a trading name of Oruco Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15930598), with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. Output audits how agencies deliver work for their clients and builds custom AI systems into that delivery. These terms are between you and Oruco Ltd. 2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of meetoutput.com, the free audit booking process and any enquiry you send us. By using the site you accept them.
They do not replace a client agreement, statement of work or data processing agreement. Where you engage us to build or manage a system, that agreement governs the engagement and takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
3. What we provide
Output is a done-for-you service, not software you log into. We audit how your agency delivers work for clients, produce a ranked roadmap, then build and maintain systems inside the tools your team already uses. Anything we build for you is delivered under a separate written agreement.
4. The free audit
The free audit is provided at no cost and carries no obligation on either side. You receive a map of your delivery workflows, what they cost in hours and pounds, and where we believe margin is leaking. It is a diagnostic exercise. It is not a commitment by either party to enter into an implementation agreement, and it is not professional advice.
5. Using this website
You agree to use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, circumvent any access control, probe it for weaknesses without written permission, or use it to send unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, scope and payment terms for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement with each client. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance or a quotation, and no payment is taken through this website.
7. Intellectual property
Oruco Ltd and its licensors own this website, its content, the Output name and marks, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client’s agreement.
8. Your content and confidentiality
You keep all rights in the information you give us. Where either party receives confidential information from the other, it will use it only for the purpose it was given and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. No professional advice
Material on this website, and any output produced by a system we build, is a starting point rather than advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment or regulatory advice and must not be relied on as though it were. Check output before you act on it, send it to a client or make a decision based on it. Responsibility for what you send to your own clients remains yours.
10. Availability
We aim to keep this website available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it, and we may carry out maintenance.
11. Warranties
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, this website is provided as it is, without further warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, however arising. Our total liability in connection with your use of this website is limited to one hundred pounds. Liability under a client engagement is governed by that client’s agreement.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify Oruco Ltd against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of this website in breach of these terms or your infringement of a third party’s rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version is always on this page and the date at the top is revised. Where a change materially affects your rights we will take reasonable steps to tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that point means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
